Automated Promotions
The system monitors your flight hours automatically upon each approved PIREP. Once you hit the required flight hours for the next tier, your pilot record and epaulettes promote immediately.
Compensation Formula
Flight pay is calculated by multiplying your total flight time against the rank's designated hourly rate. Tracking with ACARS clients rewards higher base pay compared to manual submissions.
Type Endorsements
Seniority unlocks heavier, long-range aircraft. Complete prerequisite type rating exams in the training portal to pair with your rank qualification before commanding complex equipment.
