Ranking score

Accepted PIREPs earn flight time, performance and programme points. Charter rewards vary by priority: 35, 50 or 75 points. Optional flight commitments earn 15 points when filed on time.

Points balance

JumpSeat uses 15 points and aircraft transfers use 30 from your balance only. A verified hard landing or genuine pledged no-show may reduce both score and balance, with these penalties capped at 30 points per month.

A pledge can be withdrawn before its departure target. A filed report awaits review, and unavailable bookings or aircraft are exempt. The balance can be negative; travel is not blocked by point availability.
