The JetsGO username and password which are provided to you are your exclusive JetsGO membership identification. You may not give permission or knowingly allow your username or password to be used by anyone else.
Members must use their first and last name when registering. Incomplete, incorrect or misleading information may result in a termination of the account.
You may register for and hold only one JetsGO registration.
All members must provide a valid email address. If your email address changes, you must use the online form to modify your email address in the database. If your password is correct, the database will be updated and a confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. You can find this feature in your Pilot Center. If you have any trouble with this, please contact one of the staff members whose email addresses are in the JetsGO Staff menu. Accounts with invalid email addresses will be removed at the managements discretion.
If you forget your password, use the online form when the login fails to request it. The form will ask you to enter your email address and if the information you provide matches the information in the JetsGO database, an email will be sent to your email address (the one on file) with your password. If you have any trouble with this, once again, please contact one of the staff members.
The reports submitted by the pilots will be added to the database and will be reviewed by an operations staff member. Pilots who submit false flight reports may have their entire log wiped clean, be suspended, or be terminated.
JetsGO is registered with the IVAO network, an online community, and therefore it adheres strictly to its rules and regulations. Pilots flying for us which are also part of the IVAO network are also bound by these rules. Pilots that disrespect others or are found to break any of these rules WILL BE punished. There are no exceptions for disrespect.
JetsGO allows usage of its callsign in any other online networks such as VATSIM, although not officially supported, and expects pilots to behave according to those networks rules.
JetsGO does not force their pilots to fly, but a long period of inactivity (90 days for our pilots), will result in your account being suspended. Please note that the account will be suspended and NOT deleted. If the pilot doesn't login for an even longer period of time, an email will be sent to his account warning about possible account deletion. Then, if a reply is not obtained during another 30 days after this email has been sent, the account will be permanently deleted. Please understand that this happens in order to maintain our VA with active pilots only.
JetsGO uses the IATA code 'JG', ICAO code 'JGO' and Radio Callsign 'Jet's Go'.
JetsGO exists thanks to its pilots, and would have no reason to exist without them but there are certain behaviours that will cause the IMMEDIATE suspension of the pilot and possible account termination, so we advise our pilots to pay special attention to the very small list of situations that will cause this:
There is no tolerance for community disrespect. When flying online, you are representing the JetsGO colours. Name calling, systematically disrespecting the active runways when other pilot is landing correctly in the opposite direction, systematically not reporting intentions when in possible conflict with other traffic and related behaviour will get your account terminated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is no reason to spam us behind our back as we are very friendly and receptive to everyone's problems. Ask for assistance from one of the staff members if you have any issues with the VA or are faced with a problem you cannot solve yourself. Pilots found denigrating our image or any other VA's image will be suspended immediately with possible account termination.
Pilots found cheating/hacking/lying under any circumstance will be immediately suspended and have their account terminated. Reverse engineering of our ACARS application or any of our server side functionality will also lead to further prosecution.
JetsGO is built on respect, and respect each other we will.
